Step 1. Using a crafting table put Heavy Blue Gold in an X shape then fill the rest of the grid with Heavy Copper Alloy. You will receive a block of Raw Royal Alloy.

Step 2. Using a crafting table make a circle with Ghast Tears. You will receive a Nether Fragment.

Step 3. Combine all previous materials made while also using normal Diamond Blocks and a normal Nether Star in the pattern shown in the picture to receive a Advanced Tier 2 Beacon!
